Art Cafe 1900 occupies a house built in 1900 on Stasinou Street in Larnaca's old town, opened as a restaurant in 1993 by Marios Dianellos and Maria Pyrgou. The building itself is part of the appeal: the ground floor is a bar area with vintage memorabilia, vinyl records, and old cameras, while the upper floor houses the restaurant, decorated with artwork and photographs.
The kitchen serves a mix of Cypriot classics alongside more creative dishes, backed by a drinks list running to roughly 90-plus beers and 140-plus whiskeys, plus wine and cocktails. It's open evenings only (6pm to 2am, closed Tuesdays), and was reviewed in the Cyprus Mail as a long-running local favorite rather than a tourist stop.
