Landa Beach sits about midway between Nissi Beach and Makronissos Beach, a few kilometres west of central Ayia Napa. It is a roughly 400-metre bay of fine, soft sand with gently shelving, shallow water, and it holds Blue Flag status. The name means pond in the local dialect. The calm entry and the easy-going setting make it a quieter family alternative to the busier, louder beaches nearer the centre of town, and the surrounding scenery keeps the mood relaxed.

The beach is organised with sunbeds, umbrellas and watersports in season, and a coastal path links it to the neighbouring bays so you can walk between them. Lifeguards are stationed through the summer months, and the gentle, shallow water gives parents room to relax. Because it is set back from the main Ayia Napa nightlife, Landa keeps a calmer, more relaxed mood, especially in the morning before the day-trippers arrive and the sunbeds fill up. It is a sensible base for a slower beach day, with the option to walk to the livelier beaches when you want more going on.
